Mitsogo Technology Interview Experience

Hi there, I recently cleared the interview of Mitsogo Technology for the business development associate role. In this article, I will explain in detail about my interview experience.

Mitsogo Technology specializes in web and mobile application development, enterprise software, and cutting-edge technologies. Round 1:

  • It is an online assessment and you will have questions from Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
  • You will have 60 questions in each section which needs to be solved in 60 minutes.
  • The questions are subjective and they were not MCQ based on questions
  • It is an eliminatory round.

Round 2:

  • The company recommends you appear for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • For the technical role, round two is problem-solving.
    • Three questions need to be solved in 60 minutes.
    • The difficulty level is from medium to advanced.
  • For non-technical roles, you will have a comprehensive assessment.
    • Two essay needs to be submitted in one hour.
    • You can access the internet to gather points
    • The maximum number of tab switches allowed is four.
    • AI-generated content and plagiarism are strictly prohibited.

Round 3:

  • It is a technical HR discussion and it is held only for technical roles.
  • The candidates were asked to explain the solutions submitted in round two.
  • Knowledge of computer fundamentals is tested. Some questions were asked from
    • Database Management System
    • Operating System
    • Computer Architecture
    • Basic Problem Solving (What is an array, pointer, class, etc)
  • It lasted for 20 to 30 minutes for every candidate.

Round 4:

  • It is a general HR discussion and it is common for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • A pen and paper are given to solve some aptitude questions which were solved in round one.
  • Some commonly asked questions that were asked in this round are,
    • Tell me about yourself
    • Have you done any projects apart from academics? If so, explain it.
    • Are you a life-long learner?
    • Tell me something you learned in the pandemic (One academically and one non-academically)
    • What is your biggest achievement in life?
    • Are you ready to relocate?
    • Share your leadership experience
