Mercor’s AI interview Experience

I recently applied to Mercor through a employee referral. After submittting the details, my interview was scheduled with John Sharma ( an AI bot). This was an 25 minute interview on basis of my submitted resume. John Sharma not only asked me the question based on my resume but also cross-questioned me on basis of my answers. Let me summarise the interview-

• It started with a formal greeting followed by introduction of each other.
• I was asked about my internship experience and project developed.
• John Sharma was actively listening to my answers and next was in-depth questionnaire on my technology.
• I was asked about Flutter and android.
• How to handle API failure in application?
• On what project one should consider Flutter and React Native?
• What are some packages in Flutter that support AI-ML functionality?
• What database did you use in your personal projects and Why?
• How Jetpack Compose helps developer build apps faster?

The interview ended at scheduled time and I waited for 24 hours for the result. As per my performance I secured place in vetted pool for hiring and my resume is shared with companies that hire through Mercor.
