Mastek Interview Experience for Application Development

Mastek, an Ahmedabad-based consultancy company, conducted recruitment interviews at my college for two roles: Application Development and Database Management System (DBMS). The interview process comprised four rounds: Group Discussion (GD), Aptitude Test, Level 1 (L1) Interview, and Level 2 (L2) Interview.

The Group Discussion and aptitude test were relatively straightforward to navigate. The Level 1 interview assessed fundamental language knowledge, including topics such as loops, functions, and object-oriented programming (OOP). This stage was manageable to crack, especially with a solid grasp of these concepts.

The Level 2 interview primarily focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The topics covered included linked lists, sorting and searching techniques, stacks, queues, and arrays. A dedicated study of three to four weeks, delving deep into these areas, would greatly aid in clearing this stage.
