Lenze is a leading tech company in India. This article helps you to understand the detailed steps involved in Lenzy’s hiring process, focusing on the second round of the selection which includes both coding and HR interviews.

Round 1: Initial Coding Assessment

The first round of Lenzy’s recruitment process is a coding assessment to evaluate the candidate’s problem-solving skills, particularly with arrays and strings. This round typically consists of three coding questions that must be completed within a specified time frame.

Round 2: On-Site Technical Interview

Candidates who pass the initial coding assessment are invited to Lenzy’s office for an in-person interview. This round consists of two main segments:

Segment 1: Technical Coding Interview

In this round, candidates are given two complex coding problems to solve within a 45-minute timeframe. This round tests the depth of their coding skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to perform under time constraints.

Segment 2 : HR Interview

After successfully completing the technical interview, candidates proceed to a 20-minute HR interview. This round is elimination round, where the candidate’s communication skills check. Also ask some basic system design question. student not prepared for system design, but i don’t know why they ask question.

Final Selection

Only candidates who successfully clear both the technical and HR interviews are considered for final selection.
