Uses of Windows Key
- To begin, press the Windows key once. This will open the start menu where you can access installed applications, settings, and search.
- Pressing Windows key + D minimizes all open windows and shows desktop, repeating restores minimized windows.
- Windows key + E opens file explorer to browse files and folders on your computer.
- Pressing Windows key + L locks your computer until you enter password again so nobody else can use it but yourself.
- If you want to see all open windows or virtual desktops for easy navigation then press Windows key + Tab which will bring up task view.
- if you want a screenshot of what is currently on your screen just press windows “key + print screen” button together and it will save into pictures folder.
