Recruitment process of PO
The IBPS PO selection process consists of three stages: preliminary, main, and interview. Candidates who successfully complete the initial rounds will be eligible for the subsequent ones. Lastly, qualifying candidates for interviews will be hired by participating banks as probationary officers. The candidates must achieve the minimal IBPS PO cutoff at every level of the selection process.
Note: The final applicant selection is based solely on the 80:20 ratio of scores from the Main Exam and the Interview. To be qualified for a provisional allocation, candidates must appear in all three rounds and meet the requirements.
