KVS Journey of class 11th – Maths Stream

Hello everyone, I am an undergraduate engineering student in computer science.

I have completed my 11th from KVS.

As everyone surpasses the 10th grade as a first step towards their higher education, the 11th grade acts as a surprising door for higher studies. The limited syllabus of every subject in 10th Surprisingly, it became a vast ocean in the next step, i.e., the 11th.

But the main advantage we get is the limited subjects to study, which we want to study for our upcoming future. I have completed my 11th grade, so here I will share my experience with you so that it can help make your thoughts easy and understandable for your upcoming future.

Tips to keep in mind while preparing:-

  1. Stay confident:– just believe in yourself that you have chosen the right stream to continue with and that you have the potential to clear all the exams, whether they are NEET, JEE, etc.
  2. Know your syllabus – as we all know there is a huge jump from the 10th to the 11th syllabus. As it is more than 10 times harder, your priority is to visit your syllabus properly.
  3. Utilise resources– NCERT textbooks are a must… Nowadays, the internet is flooded with a lot of materials. You must wisely choose the resource that matches your needs, as it saves a lot of time.
  4. Practice and consistency—we all know practice makes man perfect. Hence, there is no supplement for hard work. Be regular and practice daily.
  5. Follow the proper schedule– following the proper schedule saves your time.

Extracurricular activities and personal growth:-

Other than studies, show your interest in extracurricular activities. It may be sports, debate, NCC, clubs and societies, music and art, student government, cultural events and celebrations, leadership, journalism, etc. If you have an interest in any of the above skills, just try to show it. By doing so, your network in your school with teachers and students will increase, which will open the door for opportunities.

Things to avoid:-

  1. Procrastination: Try to complete the task on the day that it is assigned to you. It will reduce future stress and poor performance.
  2. Excessive use of social media: Excessive use of social media will lead to a waste of time, as these are crucial days of your life.
  3. Over-competitiveness: An over-competitive nature will lead to stress, anxiety and self-doubt.

Conclusion:

School life is the golden phase of your academic journey; it is your developing phase. Now, it’s your choice to stay in your comfort zone or to work hard. I have given my best during my school days in every field; this builds my foundation for the future.

I would like to thank my parents, teachers and friends for their support.
