Kalasalingam University Campus experience

Nestled amidst the serene hills of Tamil Nadu, Kalasalingam University stands as a beacon of academic excellence and innovation. As a final year Computer Science student, my journey through Kalasalingam has been nothing short of transformative, shaping not only my academic prowess but also my personal and professional growth.

From my humble beginnings in the first year, marked by the excitement of new friendships and academic exploration, to the challenges and triumphs of navigating through the final year, each step of the journey has been a testament to perseverance and resilience. Despite facing the inevitable ups and downs, including a slight dip in my CGPA during the second semester, I’ve maintained a steadfast commitment to learning and improvement, culminating in a commendable 8.7 CGPA still the sixth semester and highest sgpa is 9.1 during my semester and it was one of best sem overall btech journey.

The environment at Kalasalingam is characterized by a harmonious blend of academic rigor and extracurricular vibrancy. In addition to attending lectures and lab sessions, students are encouraged to engage in a myriad of activities that foster holistic development. Whether it’s participating in college fests like Sparkz2024, one of the largest events on campus, or immersing oneself in the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere of a 24-hour hackathon, there’s never a dull moment at Kalasalingam.

College fests and hackathons serve as platforms for students to showcase their talents, unleash their creativity, and forge lasting connections with peers and industry professionals alike. These events not only provide a break from the rigors of academia but also serve as invaluable learning experiences, where theoretical knowledge meets real-world application.

In my Third year, not to expect more, realized about Industries and their recession in the 2024. After all, Semester 6 is Good for now with placement training. In 2023 150+ companies came to KARE for placement, but in 2024 200+ companies only came. what about 2025? (My placement) , HOPE LUCK!
