JEXPO Exam Experience

I was a CBSE student, preparing for my class 10 board exam in 2022. After 10th I was planning not to study 11 or 12 but for a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering and then a B.Tech in CSE. For studying Diploma in my state West Bengal, there’s an entrance exam called JEXPO. I was preparing for both the 10th and JEXPO at the same time.

Now let’s come to the main story. Here comes the day for my first entrance exam. My seat was nearly about 30km from my home, I was there 3 hours early. The exam was scheduled for 10:00 AM and it was 9:30 AM an ocean of students queuing at the center gate. Let me tell you that it was not only the first entrance exam of my life but also, the first time I was to enter a government school. Earlier I heard about government schools being very dirty, and many negative comments, I will come to this point again in the story.

Now continue that it was 9:30 AM and all were queuing at the school gate, but there was no response from the school authorities for opening the gate. Now waiting and waiting it’s finally 10:00 AM the school gate is still closed but security comes out and tells the students to just wait for a second the gate will open soon it’s because the cleaning of the school is in process.

Now finally the gate opens and it is 10:05 AM whereas the exam has started at 10:00 AM in other parts. At 10:10 AM the examiner entered the room and finally exam started at 10:15 AM.

As I told earlier I will come to the negative comments of government schools, the security told that the late was for cleaning. But when I entered the class and saw the benches, there was a fat layer of dirt. If it was not an exam, I would never sit there.

This was a terrible experience for me. I am thanking w3wiki for allowing me to share my story on their platform.
