- If a candidate is unable to give their best effort on one try, they will have two chances to improve their exam scores.
- Students who take the exam for the first time will experience it firsthand and will be aware of their mistakes, which they can fix for the next time.
- This will lessen the likelihood of a year-long drop, and droppers won’t have to waste a full year.
- No one will have to wait a full year if they miss the exam due to uncontrollable circumstances (like the Board exam).
- A candidate does not have to show up for both sessions. On the other hand, a candidate’s JEE Main 2024 NTA Scores will be taken into account for the merit list/ranking if they show up for one session.
