IBM Interview Experience for Associate System Engineer (On-Campus)
Round 1: Coding Round
- It was an online coding exam that consisted of one question and the coding round was hosted on Hackerrank.
- The question was to find the number of distinct paths between N points.
Round 2: Game-based Cognitive Ability assessment round
The round was for a duration of 30 minutes. It was a game-based round that consisted of 6 games wherein each game had to be completed in a limited time frame. It was an elimination round. - Third Round(English Language Test):This round had negative marking. Basically the questions were to correct the misspelled words or find their synonyms. The test was for a duration of 15 minutes. It was also an elimination round

Round 3: Interview Round
- It was both a technical as well as an HR interview. Questions were basically from my resume, projects I had made and the internships I had done, and basic computer fundamentals (OOPS) were asked.
Out of 142 students, 38 were selected. I was one of the selected ones.
