So, I am a student of P.T.U University on above mentioned campus which is situated in Chungi, Near Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. After studying here for more than a year. I can say that this campus is best for those students who want to pursue their career in engineering or computer science. All the teachers here are very nice. They always push their students to learn new skills and they always give their students a positive impression. All the students on our campus respect them. Now I am pursuing a BCA here and my experience here is very good.

Let me tell you some reasons why my experience is good here:

1. Assignments – All the colleges gave their students lots of assignments or other time-wasting activities but here only 2 assignments are given per subject which every student has to submit by the end of the semester. I can say that I have saved a lot of time in my first year only because they don’t prefer time-wasting activities.

2. Sports – Now, students who are very good at sports can get lots of chances to prove themselves. This college allows students to participate in any sport and if a student is capable, He can win a cash prize of a huge amount and he can get a chance to play at the state or national level.

3. Proper Labs – Now, Let me be clear there are not many labs but how many labs there are, are sufficient for a class. Students can only use those labs when they want to use but only after asking teachers. But these labs are high-tech with big projectors, computers with great specifications, and comfortable sitting arrangements.

Now Let me tell some bad points about this college:

1. Timings – Now, the timings of this college are very long, these timings are from 9 am to 5 pm. I know these timings are very long but teachers always try not to waste the time of students. If there is no period then students can go home or they can study in the library.

2. Small Playground – The playground here is small, Sometimes students cannot play games when the ground goes full with students.

So, these are some good and bad points that I felt while studying at this college If you are in Amritsar and looking for a good college locally then you can go to this college. Because this college has very valuable fee charges. You can check those charges at the official site of P.T.U.
