HTML <optgroup> disabled Attribute
The disabled attribute for <optgroup> element in HTML is used to specify that the option-group is disabled. A disabled optgroup is un-clickable and unusable. It is a boolean attribute.
Syntax:
<optgroup disabled>option value...</optgroup>
