Gyaankulam Interview Experience for Graphic Designer

I was wanting to apply for the post of graphic designer, so I applied to some graphic designer jobs listed on LinkedIn.

Round 1 (Resume Shortlisting):

My resume was shortlisted for the post of Canva & PPT Designer at Gyaankulam.

Round 2 (Talk with HR):

I was called for the interview remotely. After all the formalities on LinkedIn, HR requested me for my time slot.

The Google Meet started on time.

The HR first said “Hi”, and I replied “Hello”.

• She then asked about what I am currently doing.
• She then asked about the university of my course.
• Then she asked where I had seen their post for the hiring.
• She then explained about the work I am going to be provided. The work was basically designing PowerPoint presentations for students from class 4 to 8, so that they can understand well.
• She then asked how I would be able to design PowerPoint presentations for class 8 students, as I have not studied Social Studies (SST) for a long time.
• I said I will manage.
• She then gave me the immediate topic of “Super Senses” and asked me to read this topic from the NCERT and let her know how I can explain it to the students. I did the same.
• She then asked me to tell her how I can design PowerPoint presentations for Maths.
• She then asked how can students learn fast.
• She then asked if I had worked for any client previously, and what kind of work it was.
• At last, she said that they would contact me.
