GE HealthCare Interview Experienec for Software Engineer

Round 1

This round consisted of around 30 Multiple Choice Questions which included Logical Reasoning, Aptitude , Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.

This round also had 1 coding question that was: Count ways to reach the nth stair

Time DurationOOP: 1 hour 30 minutes.

This round was of easy level.

Suggestion: I would suggest everyone do practice from w3wiki. It helped me a lot.

Tips : If you are solving Aptitude Questions and you are stuck at one question which is taking a lot of time, then leave that question and do the rest of them or else you will just waste your time. After completing the rest of the questions, you can go back to the previous one.

Round 2 Technical Interview Round

The interviewer asked about JAVA basics and OOP concepts.

He asked 2 coding questions:

• One of them was: Sort Linked List
• The other one was: Factorial of a number

Time Duration: 1 hour

Suggestion: Keep your basics strong.

Tips: Try to solve questions with 2-3 approaches.

Round 3 Technical Interview Round 2

• In this round, the interviewer asked questions about my project.
• He has given me the problem statement to design an E-commerce website.
• He gave some of the coding questions and I had to find the output of that.
• Coding question: Reverse a String

He offered me a chocolate after my interview !

Time Duration : 1 hour .

Tips : Be clear and confident about your projects.

Round 4 Manegerial Round

In this round the manager asked me 2 puzzles:

• 25 Horses Puzzle
• Measure 45 minutes using candles

At the end, the interviewer offered me cookies !

Time Duration : 1 hour .

Tips : Practice Puzzles from w3wiki.
