Gate Exam Experience 2023 ECE

Thanks to GFG for sharing my GATE exam experience, I think my experience is worth sharing for an average student from a normal background. Let’s begin from the time I first thought of the GATE exam. It was the 7th Semester of engineering. Taking the GATE exam for the first time can be a significant experience. My experience of taking the GATE examination changed into a mix of pleasure, tension, and comfort. I became enthusiastic about the possibility of checking my know-how and competencies in my chosen area, and I became also traumatic about the stress of performing properly. I knew that a terrific GATE score could open up many doorways for me, both in phrases of graduate faculty and process possibilities spent several months preparing for the exam. I took the GATE exam by self-study without coaching. During this time I gathered all the required information, reference books etc required for the gate. Focused on subjects of interest. I used to do regular study and follow reference books from a GATE point of view. It wasn’t studying for GATE exactly, but it was a GATE-oriented study.

The GATE exam usually consists of multiple-choice questions and numerical answer-type questions. I might have had to answer questions on topics specific to your chosen engineering discipline as well as general aptitude and mathematics. This likely involved studying my undergraduate subjects thoroughly, practising problem-solving, and familiarizing myself with the exam pattern and syllabus.

This round comprises 65 questions which include aptitude, Engineering Mathematics and Electronics and Communication Engineering Knowledge questions were asked in the exam. I wrote the GATE EXAM on the 5th of February 2023 Afternoon Slot.

  • Quantitative Aptitude – 10
  • Engineering Mathematics -5
  • ECE Domain Based – 55

Exam Preparation:

In the Preparation for the Exam, you have to concentrate more on Domain Questions. In GATE 2023 ECE Domain Based questions which come from Circuit analysis, Electronic circuits, Signals and Systems, Control Systems, Digital Communication, VLSI Design, Digital Electronics, Linear Integrated Circuits, Transmission waves and RF Systems and after Completing the Domain Based Questions and concentrate on Engineering Mathematics and aptitude. For the Preparation for the GATE Exam, we need to spend at least 4 years.

Experience In Gate Exam:

My experience in the GATE EXAM was good but the results were too low I got a Score of 0.67 out of 100 I did not perform well in the GATE EXAM. It is not an easy way to clear the exam. But we need to work hard to clear the exam. You need to practice more questions from GATE Previous year questions and memorize formulas that suit that particular problem.
