From Coding Student to Graphic Designer My Career Journey

As a student, I was always fascinated by the world of technology and coding. I spent countless hours learning different programming languages, building websites, and creating applications. However, as I continued to explore the world of coding, I realized that my true passion lay in the field of graphic design.

My first step towards becoming a graphic designer was to enroll in a coding course that focused on web design. I quickly realized that while I enjoyed coding, I was more interested in the visual aspects of web design. I started experimenting with different design tools and software, and I found myself spending more time creating visually appealing designs than writing code.

After completing the coding course, I decided to pursue a career in graphic design. I enrolled in a graphic design course at a local community college and started building my portfolio. I took on freelance projects and internships to gain experience and build my skills.

My first internship was at a small design agency called ADmyBRAND. I worked as a UI/UX designer, where I learned the fundamentals of design and how to create user-centered designs. My second internship was at Rajat Agarwal & Creators, where I redesigned the complete website of a modular kitchen shop. This project allowed me to apply my design skills and knowledge of user experience to create a visually appealing and functional website. I learned how to work with clients, manage projects, and deliver high-quality designs on time.

After completing my internships, I started working as a freelance UI/UX designer on Fiverr. This allowed me to work on various projects and build my portfolio. I learned how to market myself, communicate with clients, and manage my workload. Working as a freelancer also allowed me to work on projects that I was passionate about and build a name for myself in the industry.

As I continued to work as a freelance designer, I realized that I wanted to focus more on graphic design than UI/UX design.
