Fintech Global Center Interview Experience For Software Engineer 2023

Online Test:

This was an MCQ test that included questions on Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Programming, and fundamental subjects like OOPS, DBMS, OS, and Networking. The cutoff was decided based on the scores from this test, and students were shortlisted accordingly.

The test was easy, but you had to tackle a good number of MCQs to get shortlisted.

Round 1:

This was the only round in the entire interview process and lasted about an hour.

They evaluated every aspect of you, from technical skills to communication abilities. This typical technical round included two simple coding questions—one on arrays and one on stacks—which had to be solved on pen and paper.

Then, they moved on to the resume and spent a significant amount of time asking about each topic listed, from technical skills to theoretical subjects.

They also asked a few HR-related questions, which took about 5 minutes.

I was confident about this round but was not selected.
