DMRC Interview Experience for Assistant Programmer

The DMRC Assistant Programmer interview process was conducted in two stages: a group discussion and a personal interview. Reporting time was 8AM. After reporting, Documention verification was conducted.

Group Discussion:

In group discussion, groups of 5 to 6 candidates sit at a conference table, and for each group, a different topic is given, and each candidate has to speak about their topic in 2–3 minutes.

After the completion of group discussions with each candidate, they called for personal interviews one by one.

 Personal Interview:

There are five members on the interview panel, one of whom is female.

Note:

• The introduction was given by me in English, and after that, all questions were asked in Hindi. Interview panel members are senior-level employees of DMRC; they are very humble and friendly.
