Capgemini Interview Experience (Off-Campus) 2022
I appeared for Capgemini Off-Campus Recruitment in May 2022. I asked my seniors about the preparation and Capgemini’s interview process, and they suggested I study at GFG.
Here I want to share my interview and test process which I faced for selecting the Capgemini.
Actually selection process of Capgemini had three rounds:
- Written Test
- Technical/HR Interview
The pattern of the test was as follows:-

- The time limit to attend this section was 25 minutes and it had 16 numbers.
- This section included questions on Data Interpretation, speed and distance, algebra, equations, progression, profit and loss, ratio and percentage, averages, geometry, probability, etc.
Logical Reasoning:
- The time limit to attend this section was 25 minutes, and it had 16 questions.
- This section included questions on topics like visual reasoning, blood relations, flowcharts, statements and conclusions, etc.
Pseudo Code:
- This section contained 20 questions on C, C++, OOPS concepts, Data Structures and Algorithms.
- The time limit for this section was 30 minutes.
Essay Writing:
- It had only one question on current affairs.
- The time limit was 10 minutes.
- The sectional and overall cut-off for the Capgemini written test was 70 percentile, I cleared the cut-off and therefore was eligible for the subsequent rounds.
Technical Interview:
This was the last round of the Capgemini selection process. The interviewer asked me some technical questions on the project, I had done in my final year. He also asked me questions on the fundamentals of C,C++,.net, Data Structure, computer networking, etc.
Some other questions involved,
- The interviewer told me to introduce myself.
- Explain SDLC.
- List the different storage class specifiers in C.
- What are the advantages of OOPS?
- Write the programming code to swap two numbers without using the third variable.
- What is networking?
- Difference Between Foreign Key & Primary Key.
- Define Method Overloading.
- What was your role in your major project?
- What does your father do?
- What are your plans?
- What are your greatest professional strengths?
Like this, my interview happened It took nearly 30-40. we have to do some research regarding the company and revise core subjects also if you come from a coding background because few of my friends had those types of questions.
After completion of the Interview, I received my offer letter after 2 weeks.
