Barclays Interview Experience For Business Analyst (On-Campus)

Barclays conducted an on-campus recruitment drive for Business Analyst roles in Pune.

Criteria: 12th marks and CGPA.

Shortlisted: Around 100 candidates.

Time: 90 minutes.

• Question type: Technical questions on Cloud Computing, Operating Systems, Linux, and OOP.
• Shortlisting: 21 Students.

• Started with Introduction, internship (Question-based on internship and tech stack used in internship).
• Tech Question: OOP basic question, told to write an API using Node Js.
• Scenario Question: Based on teamwork.
• Future ambitions and how you spend your daily time.
• If you are being told to observe a server for the whole day and that’s going to be your daily job are you ready for it and what extra will you do in such a job role?

Note:

• The first MCQ round is easy just need some basic but clear knowledge of concepts.
• The interview was like luck (My interviewer didn’t ask me about cloud computing and Operating systems while other interviewers were focusing on those concepts. Also my interview was the last one so it only went for 25 minutes.)

Tips:

• Know how the interviewer works and what type of answers are getting expected from you.
• Keep your energy in a good state till the last round and if you are the last one then don’t get distracted by others.
