Ayaan Autonomous Systems Interview Experience

In April 2024, Ayaan Drive conducted recruitment on our campus, and I participated in the process.

It consists of 4 rounds

  • Online test
  • Technical round 1
  • Technical round 2
  • HR round

I have participated in 3 rounds. (till technical round 3).

Round 1: It commenced with an aptitude test covering a range of subjects including general knowledge, technical questions pertaining to electrical electronics, and some verbal ability and behavioral questions. (2 hrs test)

Round 2: I progressed to the first interview round where I successfully cleared the initial screening. They asked about my hardware project implementation and basic electronics questions like:

  • What is resister, types
  • Electrical components names, applications
  • Linear Integrated circuits, op-amp configurations

the Subsequently, I advanced to the second technical interview stage. During this phase, the interviewers delved into discussions about my projects, particularly focusing on the hardware aspects related to my project. They were keen to understand my contributions and the technical intricacies involved. Additionally, they inquired about my motivation behind choosing Ayaan and my alignment with the company’s values and objectives.

But after round 3 it could not able to reach the HR round.

Overall, I found the interview experience to be quite enriching. The interviewers exhibited professionalism and expertise in their field, creating an environment conducive to meaningful discussions. It was evident that Ayaan prioritizes hiring individuals who not only possess technical competence but also resonate with the company culture and ethos.
