Antino Labs Interview Experience for SDE

Antino Labs visited our campus and was offering an SDE role for various technologies (MERN, MEAN, Flutter, Native, Django, Java). It is a service-based application development company, so they were open to accepting candidates for multiple technologies. After resume shortlisting, 60 students were accepted.

Round 1: Online Interview – Technical

Basic introduction followed by questions about React and JavaScript. Some other frontend-related questions as well were asked. The interview was short and lasted for 30 minutes. Past internship experiences were also discussed. Most people cleared this round.

Round 2: Online Interview – HR

1 problem-solving question was asked and some basic managerial questions were asked like “What would you do if you had a conflict with your manager?” or “Do you like to work alone or with a team?”. The HR wanted to test your communication skills. At last, some joining-related questions were asked and this interview lasted for about 15 minutes.

Verdict: Shortlisted
