Angular PrimeNG Form Inputtext Icons Component

In this article, we will learn how to use the InputText Icons Component in Angular PrimeNG. Let’s learn about the properties, and syntaxes that will be used in the code.
The Inputtext component is an element used for entering data created by inputText. Depending on where the icon will be placed within the input field, an element with the class p-input-icon-right or p-input-icon-left can be used to surround both the input and the icon.
Syntax:

Angular PrimeNG Form Inputtext Icons Component properties:
- disabled: We can set the input component to be disabled. It is of a boolean data type & the default value is false.
- placeholder: It is used to set the Placeholder text for the input. It is of string data type, the default value is null.
Creating Angular Application & Module Installation:
Step 1: Create an Angular application using the following command.
ng new appname
Step 2: After creating your project folder i.e. appname, move to it using the following command.
cd appname
Step 3: Install PrimeNG in your given directory.
npm install primeng --save npm install primeicons --save
Project Structure: It will look like the following.
Steps to run the application: Run the below command to see the output
ng serve --open
