Amdocs Interview Experience for SDE (On-Campus) 2022
Round 1(Online assessment):
- Coding Quest1: https://www.w3wiki.net/create-new-string-alternately-combining-characters-two-halves-string-reverse/amp/
- Coding Quest2: A variation of subset sum problem (Hard)
- Coding Quest3: Based SQL query using order by, Limit.
- Coding Quest4: Based SQL query using joins, Order by, group by, Limit, sum, and average.
Round 2(Psychometric): A 15 mins round consisting of 50 MCQs for personality assessment. It was a non-elimination round.
Round 3(Technical Interview): This was a 60-90 minute round. Some questions asked were
- Tell me about yourself?
- Tell Me About Your projects.
- How can you scale up your project?
- What is OSI Model?
- Write any program and handle exceptions in that program.
- What are cout and cin? Where it is defined and declared and how it works?
- What is Abstraction?
- What is Polymorphism and what type of Polymorphism?
- Write the code to explain the Run Time Polymorphism.
- What are ACID properties?
- Then he gave me the Text File and he said to sort the text file line by line in ascending order.
- What are a Compiler and name anyone of the Compiler?
- He ask the logic behind the Minimum Spanning and then he said to write the pseudocode.
- That’s it, I have done with questions. Any questions??
I asked some questions he answered very nicely(8-10 min discussion). Thank you so much then the Technical Interview is over.
Round 3(HR Interview)
- How was your Technical Interview?
- Why Amdocs?
- Are you ready for relocation? Any Preferences for Locations.
- Then asked about Education and background verification.
- Anyone from your family is in AMDOCS?
I got my result and I am selected.
Tip:
- Cover in detail (Data Structure and Algorithms, Operating System, Object Oriented programming language, and Computer Network).
- Do not lie in your resume as questions were asked from your resume also
- ALWAYS BE CONFIDENT.
- Read as many Interview experiences from w3wiki of that Company. You will see Question is repeated in an interview.
